What is Buried Alive?
Buried Alive is our newest attraction and an additional ticket can be purchased for this experience. You will be placed in a coffin and experience the feeling, sounds, and smells of being buried alive. Please see the ticket counter for more information on prices. Keep in mind the coupon for $5 off is only applicable to the Haunted Mansion and Not the Buried Alive attraction.

How much does it cost to get in?
The prices for an individual ticket is $17.00. There is a $5 off coupon available on our "Tickets" page. We are also offering a new VIP ticket for an additional $20 on Friday and Saturday nights only that will allow you to be bumped to the front of the line! Why wait?! Only 50 tickets per night will be available, so get yours before they sell out! Tickets are also available for the Buried Alive attraction and are not included in the cost of the Haunted Mansion. Due to the length of the attraction, the number of tickets are limited.

Do you give refunds?
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds. So please be sure you want to go through before purchasing a ticket.

Is this for all ages?
We do not recommend this house for children under 7. Each child, regardless of age, should be considered on an individual basis. Only a parent can decide if their child can handle Barrett’s Haunted Mansion.

Will you let anyone into the mansion?
This house is not recommended for pregnant/expecting women, young children, or those who have reactions to flashing lights. However, we will allow the customers to make their own judgment on that. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the line or the house who may be causing problems with our staff or other customers. Customers who are removed from the line may return later in the month with the originally purchased ticket unless otherwise stated. Customers removed once inside the house may not return to the house without purchasing another ticket.

What if I want to get out of the mansion before its over?
If you would like to leave the house at any time, please let the staff inside the house know and you will be directed to the nearest exit. Customers who would like to leave the house before making it through the end may collect their ticket at the entrance door to be used anytime in that month.

How many people can go through at a time?
The smaller the groups the better the experience. We will typically spit large groups up into groups of 4-6. On a busy night please be aware that groups of 1-3 may be sent through the mansion with other groups of 1-3. We will occasionally allow larger groups to go through, though the experience will not be the same for those who choose to go in larger groups

What time does it start? And end?
The mansion will be open from SEPTEMBER 26-OCTOBER 31. Please note, we will be closed on September 28-30, October 1,2,5,6,7,8,9,14,15,16. Tickets are on sale Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 6:00 pm – Monday-Thursday 6:30 pm The mansion opens at 7pm and will close at 10:30pm, or when the last group has gone through.

Where do I get tickets?
Tickets are sold in the clubhouse located to the left of the mini golf course.

How long is the line?
Typically Mon-Thursday the wait may be between 5-60 minutes. On weekends (Fri-Sun), especially later in the month the wait may be between 1-2 hours.

How long does it take to go through the mansion?

This will vary depending on group size, fear factor, and on our ghouls. Typically it takes approx. 15-20  minutes to go through the entire house. Though to some, it seems like MUCH longer.

Are there other things to do there?
Yes! The Ale House Restaurant is located next door and is a great place to relax and have some great food before, or after visiting the mansion.

Is it scary?
This will vary from person to person, but after the reactions from last year, the simple answer is... yes.

Are the ghouls allowed to touch you?
No. If you would like to shake their hands or take a photo with them, it will be at their discretion. Other than that, they will not touch you. So please, do NOT touch them.

Can I take pictures?

Absolutely. You are allowed to take photos outside the mansion with ghouls (if they choose), but you are not allowed to take photos once inside the mansion. If you take photos within the mansion you will be asked to put it away. Failure to do so may resort to your removal from the mansion without a refund.

What happens if it rains?
Ghouls do not fear rain, the mansion will remain open during inclement weather unless it becomes too severe and becomes a hazard to the customer.

Do you sell food/drink?
Yes. There is a concession stand where you can purchase drinks, fries, and fried dough. For a larger menu visit the Ale House located on the property.

How many years has this been open?
This is our 16th year. Be prepared. We aren't holding anything back this year. Hang on tight, we're coming for you...

Can I use a ticket from a previous season?
No, unfortunately we are unable to accept tickets from previous
years.
