In the case of cancellations from Barrett’s Haunted Mansion based on weather or dangerous conditions, ticket holders will be given options for rescheduling their ticket date and rain dates may be added. We do not offer refunds at this time.

General admission tickets are available for purchase online or in our ticket building and cover both attractions. These are NOT VALID for special events.

BITE AND FRIGHT TICKETS

Available Sundays and Thursdays in October, get dinner at The Abington Ale House (Tax and tip included), and tickets to both attractions for one low price. Tickets for this are only available at the Barrett’s Haunted Mansion ticket window or at The Abington Ale House. Ask your server. Coupons are not accepted for Bite and Fright.

DEVIL’S NIGHT

Join us for two terrifying nights of scares, physical contact, separation, and up close interactions throughout the attraction and queue lines. 10/19 Devil’s Night takes over our Condemned attraction and moves its way to The Haunted Mansion on 10/26 for a true fright seeker’s experience. Tickets are limited and generally sell out by the night of. This is a SINGLE ATTRACTION EVENT. The Haunted Mansion is closed on 10/19, Condemned is closed on 10/26.
Advanced online tickets required, must be 18 years of age or older (we will check ID’s). Waiver required for all attendees.

GROUP RATES

Available for groups of 25 or more. Coupons not accepted. RIP Upgrades for Group Tickets are available on location at either our ticket window or merch store. Group rates are not available for our Bite and Fright promotion or special events and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Group Rates:
Friday-Saturday: $30 per person (25 person min)
Sunday-Thursday: $25 per person (25 person min)

MILITARY TICKETS

If you have a VALID ACTIVE MILITARY ID, bring it to our ticket counter Sunday through Thursday and receive FREE general admission! Valid for the person with the ID ONLY. Not valid for Bite and Fright or special events.

LIGHTS-ON TOUR TICKETS – SATURDAYS FROM 2-4PM IN OCTOBER

Tickets for the Lights-On Tour are $15 per person. You can also purchase tickets online below. Coupon is NOT valid for the Lights-On Tour. Tickets can be purchased at our ticket window, merch store or online. Tours will begin beneath the covered line behind the house and run between 30-40min. You will get a look behind the scenes at our attractions, costume and makeup trailers and more!

We do not take returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds for closures due to poor weather conditions and will provide ticket holders with alternate dates for ticketing. Tickets from earlier seasons are not accepted.
