Are the Haunted Mansion and Sanctuary attractions open?
Unfortunately due to State and Town health and safety requirements, our normal haunted attractions will not be open for 2020. We hope to return to full operation in 2021.
It says "SOLD OUT", can I still get tickets?
No. Due to health and safety distance requirements and limited spaces, we are unable to make more tickets available once sold out. In the event of a postponement, any tickets that are cancelled/refunded will be immediately added back into our live ticket system. Due to the volume of requests, we cannot save/hold tickets for anyone.
Where can I buy tickets?
Screens and Screams tickets must be purchased through our ticket page in advance.
Do I need to buy a ticket for everyone in my vehicle?
No. Tickets are sold PER VEHICLE. You only have to purchase one ticket for your vehicle. Maximum vehicle occupancy is 6 people, and a larger commercial vehicles such as buses, limos, large passenger vans, etc.. are not permitted.
Can I purchase tickets at the location in person?
No. Screens and Screams tickets must be purchased through our ticket page in advance.
Can I just walk around the property without a ticket?
No. Due to health and safety restrictions, you must be a ticket holder and in your vehicle (unless visiting the restroom or merchandise tent). If you do not have a ticket, you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
How much does it cost to get in?
Tickets for both movies are $35 per vehicle with a maximum of 6 people in a vehicle.
What time does it start? And end?
The first movie will begin at approximately 7:30pm, with doors opening for parking at 6:30pm. The second movie will begin approximately 30 minutes after the end of the first. See our schedule page for dates/shows. Please note, some movie times are scheduled to change. Rescheduled movies that are moved to “worknights” are generally pushed up to a 6:30 start to allow an earlier evening. See schedule page for details.
Do you accept credit cards?
YES! We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Can I return or exchange my ticket?
Due to the nature of this event and the limited space available, we do not take returns or exchanges. Tickets from earlier seasons are not accepted.
What happens if you cancel a show?
In the event that we cancel, postpone or change a show, we will let our ticket holders know of the change as soon as possible through email and social media. If you are unable to attend the newly scheduled date or do not want to watch the change in movie, we can refund/cancel your ticket for you up until an hour before showtime. Just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are unable to refund tickets after the parking and show has begun for that evening.
Tickets that are cancelled/refunded will automatically be added back into our live ticket system and will be available for purchase.
Do you give refunds?
In the event that we cancel or postpone a show, refunds/cancellations of your ticket will be permitted. This is a rain or shine event, however during heavy rain or wind, if the area becomes unsafe to our guests or staff, we will cancel/postpone the show for that night. In the event that we do cancel or postpone a show, we can refund/cancel your ticket for you up until an hour before showtime. Just reach out to us at email@example.com. We are unable to refund tickets after the parking and show has begun for that evening.
We will do our best to notify ticket holders as soon as a decision is made.
Do you have actors working this year?
Yes! Though our attractions are not open, we will have roaming characters throughout the property to scare and entertain you throughout the night.
Do I have to wear a mask?
If you exit your vehicle to visit the restroom, or merchandise booth, you must wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose. We also ask that you put one on while checking in for the safety of our staff and other guests.
Will your staff wear masks?
Yes. As part of our safety policy, all staff will be required to have their temperature taken prior to their shift and will wear face coverings as well.
Is this for all ages?
Please see the movie ratings for the movies you are interested in seeing.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately no. For the comfort and safety of our staff and other guests, we do not allow pets on the property.
Can I choose where to park?
No. Our staff will direct you to your parking space. You may be asked to move/adjust your vehicle position to ensure a clear view for yourself and others.
Can I reserve a parking space?
You cannot, for any reason, save a space for anyone else. Spaces are strictly first come, first served to be fair to everyone.
Can I sit in the back of my truck/suv?
Yes, as long as you are sitting in the bed of the truck below the roof line to avoid blocking views, and as long as you are able to tie your SUV hatchback so that it does not rise up above the roof line, and are sitting inside the vehicle, that is fine.
There is no sitting outside on the ground or around your vehicle parking space.
Can I see from the back seat?
While we do everything we can to ensure a good view, back seat and third row viewing may be obscured by vehicle seats, rearview mirrors, roof line and other items within the vehicle itself.
If another vehicle is blocking your view, please reach out to one of our parking staff so that we can adjust your position or space.
I have a 12 person van, can we all come as one?
No. Vehicles are limited to 6 people per vehicle and larger commercial vehicles such as buses, limos, large capacity vans, etc… are not permitted.
Are motorcycles allowed?
Unfortunately, motorcycles are not permitted at this time.
How do I hear the movie?
The audio will be played through your car radio station. We will give you the radio station number when you arrive. You can also bring portable radios if you prefer.
What if I need to leave?
There are no refunds. Once the movies begin, if you need to leave for any reason, there is no re-admittance.
Do I need to stay for both movies?
No. However your ticket covers both movies. If you choose to leave during the night, unless it is an emergency, we ask that you wait until intermission to avoid disrupting other vehicles.
Can I move my spot if someone leaves early?
Please see a parking attendant or member of our staff before moving your vehicles. We will do our best to accommodate you, but need to be sure that it is done safely.
Can I just watch the second movie?
Yes, however the price of the ticket is still the same and you would be parked in whatever spot may be open. We do not hold spots open. If people leave after the first show, you may more parking options. Please note, if you are arriving for just the second movie, you will not be parked until intermission to avoid interrupting guests watching the first movie.
What happens if it rains?
We watch the weather closely and do everything we can to open. The show is rain or shine. In the event that we must cancel the event for weather safety reasons, a rain date will be provided.

Can I get food?
Yes! We have a special menu available that is handed out when you arrive. You can place your order through the online site and it will be delivered right to your car! Just be sure to include your parking spot when ordering. For a look at our menu, visit our concession page.
Do you have a store?
Yes! We have a merchandise booth is set up behind the haunted mansion line area. A list of items will be given to you in a packet when you arrive. Face coverings (nose/mouth) and distancing is required when visiting the booth.
What happens if my vehicle battery dies?
We will have jump boxes available to jump your vehicle during intermission or at the end of the night. We suggest running your vehicle during intermission to allow your battery to charge. Jumping your battery is free of charge.
Are there other things to do there?
Yes! The Ale House Restaurant is located next door and is a great place to relax and have some great food before visiting. Please drink responsibly as we will refuse admission to those who are showing signs of being drunk/disorderly.
Are the actors allowed to touch you?
No. Due to the health and safety standards, our actors will not be allowed to touch you, and also please do not touch our actors/staff.
What if I touch the actors?
Depending on the offense, you will be warned or removed from the property. This is for the safety of our staff and customers. We will contact police to deal with any larger issues.
Can I smoke/vape?
No. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed on property either in or out of your vehicle. This is for the comfort of all guests around you.
Can I drink?
Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the grounds. If you are drunk and disorderly, you will not be allowed to enter or will be asked to leave. Law enforcement will handle these situations.
Can I take pictures?
Yes, but please be respectful to those around you. Flash photography can disrupt other guests who are trying to watch the movies.
Can I bring a flashlight, laser pointer, camping light, etc...
Portable lights of any kind are not permitted.
What happens in the case of an emergency?
In the case of an emergency, the movies will be temporarily stopped to allow emergency personnel and vehicles to enter/exit and deal with the problem. The movie will continue once the emergency has been handled. Please remain in your vehicles during this time.
What if I see something dangerous/illegal while visiting?
Though rare, immediately tell the closest staff/security and they will handle the situation. Do NOT attempt to handle a situation on your own.
Can I work or volunteer this year?
Unfortunately due to health and safety restrictions, we are only allowing our current staff to work the events to ensure all standards are kept and tracked where necessary.
